I am new to this site and late to this post but I have been struggling lately with choosing curriculum for the upcoming new year. As a Children's Ministry Leader at a small church I find that most curriculum is written for the large church. We don't have a lot of resources and we don't have a lot of space, but we long to give our kids the best when it comes to teaching. Won't someone please write something for the smaller church that does not involve having your kids sit down with a paper to fill out or giving them a coloring page. Grrrrrrrrr. It seems it is either one extreme or the other. High drama and puppets with big stage productions or coloring pages and fill in the blank. I have to hit the middle somewhere. Help!

Its complicated to start with but why not create your own curriculum?
All 7 criteria can be met and it helps create positions for people who need creative outlet or those who cant serve on Sunday mornings.
