Philosophy of Ministry & Resume

December 15, 2009

I’m often asked what steps should someone desiring to answer God’s call to ministry should take. One thing that any senior pastor looking to hire a children’s pastor will look for is a philosophy of ministry and a resume.

Here are my sample philosophy of ministry and resume.

    Hi Dick
I thought I had taken some pretty good notes, but then, maybe not. I did go to the podcast from ’09 and am hashing out a PLP and POM, in addition to changing the appearance of my resume. In the meantime, some puppet people want to get me involved (and I want to get them involved with our kids!) I can’t find the link for the hand puppet eyes that loop around the finger. What was that again?

Please pray for me today- appendectomy went bad with infection. I am finally home, but healing is slow.
    Thanks again for everything. Blessings.

    Pat (Koga)
