Dick Gruber, D.Min. is a husband, father, grandfather (pagí), pastor, professor, author, composer, and artist. He has illustrated over twenty discipleship booklets for children as well as produced numerous Scripture Picture Bible memory helps for Sunday School teachers. Dick and his wife Darlene have ministered in conventions, camps and crusades throughout the USA, Canada, and Australia. They love reaching, teaching, and befriending children and those who serve the God’s ones.

Dick is a respected children’s ministries authority, serving as subject matter expert, curriculum developer, instructor, and promoter.  Dick is currently the Children’s Ministries Specialist at University of Valley Forge in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania where he has worked as a faculty member since June of 2001.

As the Children’s Ministries Specialist at UVF, Dick has developed a Bachelor’s Degree program in Children’s Ministries and is training young people to be children’s pastors, evangelists, and missionaries. He also travels world-wide reaching children and speaking in children’s ministries training events. Dick has earned a BS in Interdisciplinary Ministries from North Central University, an MA in Christian Leadership from University of Valley Forge. He has completed a doctor of ministry degree at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri in May 2015.

Dick has served as the National Children’s Ministries Consultant for the Assemblies of God in Springfield, MO, Children’s Pastor at Spring Valley Community Church in Royersford, PA, Bloomington Assembly of God in Bloomington, MN, The People’s Church in Salem, OR, and Children’s Pastor at Farmington Assembly Of God in Farmington, MN.
