  1. If you could offer one piece of advice on the best way to recruit volunteers, what would it be?
  2. Best way to recruit volunteers is realationship – build it with potentials and continue to build it with already caught in the nets.

  3. If you could share one thing with volunteers about dealing with their Children’s Pastor, what would it be?
  4. Patience The CP has a bunch of things on his/her plate. You are not the only volunteer so serve faithfully and be patient with your CP. Pray for the CP. Bathe your CP and the CM in prayer. Puprose to reproduce your ministry in another.
